Cabby spooked by creepy long-haired woman in white at Dunearn Rd

A taxi driver was left spooked by a creepy long-haired woman in a white dress at a lonely junction in Dunearn Road.
A video of the incident was uploaded on Pencari Entiti Crew by a friend of the cabby.
It is unclear when the incident took place.
The woman can be seen rocking back and forth where she standing.
